Por meio desta solução, será possível realizar o cálculo do crédito presumido por recolhimento efetivo e regime especial de tributação conforme Portaria nº 001/2014.
OBS: No exemplo a seguir, foram lançadas notas fiscais normais, porém também pode ser efetuado os lançamentos em Redução Z.
Parâmetros
1 - Acesse o menu Controle > Parâmetros;
2 - Na guia Geral > Impostos e verifique se você possui o imposto ‘1-ICMS’ informado. Caso não, clique no botão [Nova Vigência] e em seguida em [Incluir], e informe o mesmo;
3 - Na guia Estadual > Incentivos > Crédito Presumido, selecione a opção ‘[x] Possui crédito presumido concedido por meio de Regime Especial de Tributação – RET [...]', e clique no botão [...];
4 - No quadro Identificação do Incentivo, no campo:

E-PTA-RE nº, informe o número correspondente;

Data do deferimento, informe a data de diferimento conforme desejada;

Calcular incentivo Sobre, selecione a opção correspondente , para este exemplo, o incentivo será calculado sobre ‘O valor contábil do produto’.
5 - No quadro Crédito Presumido, clique no botão [Incluir] e informe os seguintes campos conforme as colunas:

Enquadramento, deve ser indicado o Tipo de produto (Grupo) e o Subgrupo que os produtos serão enquadrados;

Alíquota ICMS Destacado, através do Critério e Alíquota, há como definir quais as alíquotas dos lançamentos serão considerados com essa definição;

Percentual de recolhimento efetivo, deve ser indicados os percentuais utilizados nas Operações internas e Operações interestaduais, além de definir o Destino da operação que essa definição da linha terá;
Importante!
A coluna Destino da operação deve ser preenchido para indicar se o tipo de produtos, subgrupo e as outras informações da linha informada será para um Contribuinte, Não Contribuinte, PJ Não Contribuinte, Transferência de Matriz e Filial ou se será destinado para Todos, sendo que deve ser analisado as seguintes definições para que seja utilizado as alíquotas indicadas conforme cada Destino de Operação:

Contribuinte: Para a opção Contribuinte, o cadastro do cliente utilizado no lançamento, na guia Opções, no campo Contribuinte ICMS deve estar selecionado como 'Sim'.

Não Contribuinte: Para a opção Não Contribuinte, o cadastro do cliente utilizado no lançamento, na guia Opções, no campo Contribuinte ICMS deve estar selecionado como 'Não'.

PJ Não Contribuinte: Para a opção PJ Não Contribuinte, o cadastro do cliente utilizado no lançamento, na guia Opções, no campo Contribuinte ICMS deve estar selecionado como 'Não', além de o campo Tipo de Inscrição, ser 'CNPJ'.

Transferência de Matriz e Filial: Para que o Destino da Operação ocorra entre Transferência de Matriz e Filial, é necessário que no cadastro do cliente utilizado no lançamento, o CNPJ inicie com os 8 primeiros dígitos iguais ao CNPJ da sus empresa.

Todos: Quando na linha da Tabela de Incentivo estiver selecionado 'Todos', o sistema utilizará a configuração da linha para todas as opções desde que obedeçam as demais regras citadas acima.
6 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para salvar as alterações;
7 - Na guia Personaliza > Opções > Geral, selecione a opção ‘[x] Faz controle de estoque’ e clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir.
Configuração do Imposto
1 - Acesse o menu Arquivos > Impostos;
2 - Localize o imposto ‘1-ICMS’, na guia Sub-Apuração, no quadro Dados da Sub-apuração, verifique se possui uma sub –apuração informada. Caso não, clique no botão [Nova vigência] e em seguida em [Incluir] para preencher as informações;
3 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir.
Cadastro de Acumulador de Saída
1 - Acesse o menu Arquivos > Acumuladores;
2 - Verifique se você já possui um acumulador para operação. Na guia Impostos, verifique se você possui o imposto ‘1-ICMS’ informado. Caso não, clique no botão [Nova Vigência] e em seguida em [Incluir], e informe o mesmo;
3 - Na guia Estadual, selecione a opção ‘[x] Operação sujeita ao crédito presumido – Concedido por meio de Regime Especial de Tributação – RET’;
4 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir.
OBS: Na guia ‘Incentivos II’, você poderá definir para não considerar o produto para o cálculo do crédito presumido RET quando possuir ST nos lançamentos de Redução Z.
Cadastro do Acumulador de Entrada
1 - Acesse o menu Arquivos > Acumuladores e cadastre um acumulador para compra de mercadorias;
2 - Na guia Impostos, verifique se você possui o imposto ‘1-ICMS’ informado. Caso não, clique no botão [Nova Vigência] e em seguida em [Incluir], e informe o mesmo;
3 - Na guia Estadual, selecione a opção '[ ] Operação Sujeita ao crédito presumido - Concedido por meio de regime especial de tributação - RET' e ‘[x] Estornar créditos de ICMS nas operações com crédito presumido – Concedido por meio de Regime Especial de Tributação – RET’;
4 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir.
Cadastro do Acumulador - Nota de Estorno de créditos RET
1 - Acesse o menu Arquivos > Acumuladores e cadastre um acumulador para compra de mercadorias;
2 - Na guia Impostos, verifique se você possui o imposto ‘1-ICMS’ informado. Caso não, clique no botão [Nova Vigência] e em seguida em [Incluir], e informe o mesmo;
3 - Na guia Estadual, selecione a opção '[ ] Nota de estorno de crédito de ICMS conforme Art. 73 do RICMS'.
4 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir.
Cadastro do Produto de Saída
1 - Acesse o menu Arquivos > Produtos e verifique se você já possui um produto para operação. Caso não, clique no botão [Novo], e cadastre o mesmo;
2- Na guia Impostos > ICMS > Incentivos, selecione o quadro ‘[x] Calcular crédito presumido concedido por meio de Regime Especial de Tributação – RET’ e preencha os demais campos;
3 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir.
Cadastro do Produto de Entrada
1 - Acesse o menu Arquivos > Produtos e verifique se você já possui um produto para operação. Caso não, clique no botão [Novo], e cadastre o mesmo;
2- Na guia Impostos > ICMS > Incentivos, selecione o quadro ‘[x] Calcular crédito presumido concedido por meio de Regime Especial de Tributação – RET’ e preencha os demais campos;
4 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir.
Importante!
• Caso você possua vários produtos que desejar realizar o preenchimento dessa guia, disponibilizamos algumas opções de alteração em lote que você poderá conferir acessando o tópico de Soluções Relacionadas;
• Quando o produto possuir ‘[x] Calcular crédito presumido concedido por meio de Regime Especial de Tributação – RET’ e também ‘[x] Produto é utilizado como insumo nos produtos’ no mesmo cadastro e houver lançamentos de estorno com ele, o cálculo para esse produto será proporcional ao últimos 11 meses mais o mês corrente;
• O Cálculo proporcional, utilizará a seguinte formula: Total dos débitos do ICMS da sub-apuração / Total dos débitos do ICMS pelas saídas = Percentual da proporção da sub-apuração.
Lançamento de Saída
1 - Acesse o menu Movimentos > Saídas;
2 - Realize o lançamento com o acumulador e produto para Saídas configurado anteriormente;
3 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir.
Importante!
• Caso necessite efetuar o estorno de débitos do ICMS destacado nas reduções Z, você deve emitir uma nota fiscal com valor zerado, com a opção de ‘[x] Nota fiscal de estorno de débito de ICMS das reduções Z sujeitas ao RET - Apuração normal para:‘ selecionada na guia Estadual II no acumulador;
• Caso necessite efetuar o lançamento/estorno de crédito de ICMS conforme Art. 73 do RICMS, no campo Situação deve ser selecionada a opção 'Documento Fiscal emitido com base em Regime Especial ou Norma Específica', e o lançamento deve ser escriturado zerado, sem destaque de imposto, e com produto na guia Estoque.
Lançamento de Entradas
1 - Acesse o menu Movimentos > Entradas;
2 - Realize o lançamento com o acumulador e produtos de Entradas configurados anteriormente;
3 - Clique no botão [Gravar] para concluir e após realize a apuração do período.
Apuração
1 - Acesse o menu Movimentos > Apuração;
2 - Informe o período, e clique no botão [Processa Período].

O sistema irá realizar o seguinte cálculo como exemplo:
OBS: Conforme operações das notas lançadas, será possível aplicar as alíquotas internas ou externas sobre o enquadramento de cada produto.
Para este exemplo, o produto lançado possui enquadramento superior a 40% e a nota é para fora do Estado, logo a alíquota aplicada é de 2,50%.
Somente foi calculada a sub – apuração 1, pois no cadastro do produto contido na nota, a mesma está configurada.
O sistema irá realizar o seguinte cálculo como exemplo para cálculo da proporção:
OBS: O valor do crédito será feito proporcional ao valor dos débitos pelas saídas, de todas as operações da empresa, ou seja, irá pegar o débito de operações incentivadas e não incentivadas.
O crédito calculado será considerado na apuração dos produtos que estiverem informados no campo CÓDIGO, do quadro ‘[x] Produto é utilizado como insumo nos produtos’ no cadastro do mesmo.
Caso tivesse mais de um produto que possuísse insumo, o cálculo seria realizado proporcionalmente, isto é, ao invés de 100,00% o percentual seria rateado entre os mesmos conforme definições de cálculo acima descrito.

No informativo DAPI, os registros deverão ser gerados conforme movimentações do período. Segue definições:

Linha Tipo 10: tem como informação principal o valor de ICMS a Recolher da tela de apuração do imposto ’01 – ICMS’ da quebra de todas as sub – apurações;
Linha Tipo 22: tem como informação principal o valor dos “Débitos das saídas de mercadorias alcançadas pelo crédito presumido" da tela de apuração do imposto 01-ICMS, na quebra "Apuração normal (Sem incentivo)";
Linha Tipo 29: tem como informação principal o valor dos estornos e devoluções.
Em formato ‘[x] Relatório’, os possíveis campos a serem gerado serão:
